Retired State Trooper murdered In Greater Sandy Shores Area

On the late evening of June 20th, around 1:30 AM A off duty San Andreas State Trooper known as Kyle Turner, has been murdered on a dirt road near Sandy Shores. Along with a bystander which was passing thru the area. The suspects identity is currently unkown, and the killer is still at large. A bystander that drove thru the area reported the what seemed to be a motor vehicle accident to the local sheriffs office. When Troopers arrived on scene, the crime scene was quickly deemed to be a planned homicide. Trooper Turner, was tied up in the vehicle. The on scene authorities believe that the subject drove the white vehicle to the side of the road, when he then shot a passing civilians vehicle, striking her in the chest twice. Shortly after the shots were fired the subject proceeded to steal the Black Patriot in efforts to ram the white vehicle off the road, which lead to an instant blunt force trauma related death to the off duty officer, according to the San Andreas Fire Department's medical unit. The white vehicle also caught fire, leading the vehicle to explode and killing Mr. Turner.
